Princess to Pleasure Slave Adventure: Dungeon of the Monster Breeder

I've been reading erotic short stories from kindle and smashwords for over a year now, and by and large I've been disappointed by them.  Most of them are too short, have little to no plot, and no characterization.  I don't know about you, but when I see a heroine get ravished, I want to know enough about her to understand why it's embarrassing, humiliating, degrading, or just plain decadent for her to do so.

One author stands out from this though, and her name is Amanda Clover.  Her Princess to Pleasure Slave series is remarkable not just for the plot, but for the characterization.  She really captures the mindset of a noble princess who finds herself enslaved by a brutish monster.

The story I am going to review today is Princess To Pleasure Slave Adventure:  Dungeon of the Monster Breeder.  This is actually a choose your own adventure story, rather than a straight forward linear novel.  As the name suggests, this story heavily features both monsters and breeding.  I suppose I should say right now that those are two kinks of mine, and what I primarily look for in erotic sword & sorcery fantasy.

Dungeon of the Monster Breeder stars Princess Kirsten Sungbaard, a magic using warrior princess.  After her kingdom is captured by an evil wizard, she is cast into his magical breeding pit.  She has to make her way through the dungeon and get past the various monsters.  If she fails and has vaginal sex with any of them, she'll be impregnated and magically compelled to fall in love with the monster and be his (or it's) breeding slave forever.

There are 16 encounters in the dungeon, and 4 special encounters.  Each encounter has its own ending, and several have more than one.  Each encounter presents the option to Wait, Parley, Attack, Magic, or Surrender.  Based on your choice to resolve the encounter, other choices might appear.  Many times these other choices allow you to play the princess as giving into her desires and becoming more depraved, or resisting temptation and remaining pure.  The sex scenes are well done, descriptive, and are well paced to keep the story moving without getting bogged down or skipping over the good parts.

Another good feature of the story is the index system, which makes it easy to go back and follow paths or find scenes you may have missed without having to go back and start from scratch.

As someone who has generally not liked the stories I've read, I was really impressed with this one, and I heartily recommend it.  There is plenty of reread value as you find all the ways through the dungeon.  The 'true' endings to the game are all very detailed and satisfying.  You will absolutely feel like you got your money's worth from the story.
