More Writing

Unfortunately I didn't get nearly as much work done on Lyssara: Captive of the Minotaurs as I wanted.  Still, I am a few thousand words further along than I was, so that's something.

For now, it's back to writing Elfin Descent.  Today I'm writing about the joust that's closing out the festival celebrating the Zentaran victory.  As you might know, it is traditional for a lady to give her champion a 'favor' before riding out to the list.  This could be a scarf, sleeve or some other strip of cloth.  Well, as I'm sure you can imagine, Jeanette has her own special twist on what sort of 'favor' to give out, though you'll have to wait and see what form that will take place when Chapter 10 is posted!

Writing Update

I figured maybe I should actually write something about my series, so I decided to give everyone an update.  I finished Chapter 9 of Elfin Descent yesterday, and I am now sending it off to my beta readers for feedback.  I'm a little uncertain about the way I have it now.  If I don't change anything, it will probably be one of the more controversial chapters I've done.

Chapter 7 has been edited and will be submitted to Literotica on Wednesday.  It usually takes about two days for it to go live, so expect to see it around midnight Friday morning.  I'm excited for people to read this chapter, because I think it's one of the better chapters I've written.  Lyriena turns a corner in this chapter and really sets off down the path of corruption!

I'm going to spend the rest of the week working on the next Lyssara story, though I probably won't be able to finish it this week.  For anyone interested, it's going to be called "Lyssara: Captured by the Minotaurs".  Lyssara discovers that the magical ingredient she needs to break the spell obfuscating the wizard's tower is the eye of a labyrinth worm which can only be found in the abandoned labyrinths of the Minotaur civilization.  However, when she delves into the depths of the earth, she discovers that the labyrinth isn't as abandoned as she thought.

 Next week it is back to Elfin Descent, with Chapter 10.  My current plan is to write each chapter in two weeks, and then spend one week working on one of my other projects.  I currently plan for Elfin Descent to have 16 chapters.  After that, there will be a four chapter series starring Agmar which will set up the final war between the Thestan/Sandoran alliance and Zentara.
